DO NOT USE FILES
You may not:
- Make Files available for free download on shared drives, services, software or websites for the purpose of exchanging, transferring or distributing;
- Transfer, resell, sub-license, rent, donate, or otherwise transfer the Files or their rights to third parties;
- Create conditions so that Files can be extracted from a product;
- Allow third party access to Files for further use;
- Use unmodified Files in electronic format with a resolution greater than the display resolution of the intended display device;
- Use Files marked “Editorial Use Only” for commercial purposes;
- Use Files to create official logos, company names, or trademarks;
- Use the Files in a way that infringes File’s intellectual property rights or third party trademarks or that would give rise to complaints about fraudulent advertising or unfair competition;
- Using File to send SPAM mail;
- Use Files in a way that is competitive with the Fontanium business;
- display, use, or transmit the Files in a way that would infer that the models in the Files approve or endorse the items or services of the business or trademark;
- Indicates that a person is described in Files in a sensitive scenario that could be considered offensive or unreasonable to that person (for example, related to mental and physical deficits, sexual or implied sexual activity, or sexual preferences, crime, abuse, or physical or mental illness);
- Use the Files for pornographic, illegal, or immoral purposes;
- Use Files in items or products that could embarrass or embarrass a person or model in Files;
- Use the Files for advertising or promotion of tobacco or alcohol products;
- View, use, or transmit the File in a way that would conclude that the models in the File approve or support a political party, policy, candidate, or elected official.
Any prohibited use of the File will be considered a copyright infringement. You are responsible for any damages resulting from copyright infringement, including claims made by third parties. In addition, Fontanium reserves the right to withdraw your license from any Files that you have used in a manner that is considered a copyright infringement.
